Cream cheese makes some great keto snacks with three ounces of it having around 29 grams of fat and only 3.5 grams of carbs.

I am from Maryland where the blue crab rules.  I am often found opening crabs, making keto-friendly crab cakes, thinking about crabs or creating recipes with crab meat.

Here’s a wonderful recipe for Keto Cajun Crab Cream Cheese Spread. It also can be used as a dip. I often buy it at my local Amish market but found a great way to make it at home.

A delicious low carb, high fat cream cheese treat that can be used as a spread or dip.

  • 1/2 pound crab meat
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  1. Soften the cream cheese by placing it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.  Mix all ingredients in a blender or processor until smooth.  Pour in a bowl and fold in the crab meat and chopped green onions.   Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and serve!
